SCHOOL AGE
The Learning Village Montessori School is offering a New School Age program for students who are participating in distance learning in elementary school. Loudoun County Public Schools has outlined two models of learning to be implemented for reopening Fall 2020. Read below to learn more about how we can work with your child this year.
Full Time Distance Learning
Students who choose five full days of Distance Learning will bring any necessary devices to participate in all online exercises at the Learning Village campus. Teachers will be readily available for support and assistance. Read on below for a typical daily schedule.
Hybrid
Learning*
Students who choose the hybrid learning plan will be assigned two full days of in-person learning, and will participate in 3 days of distance learning. On Distance Learning days, students will bring any necessary devices to participate in all online exercises at the Learning Village campus.
After School Care
(Traditional)
Students who choose the in-person hybrid learning plan can be transported after school to the Learning Village campus for our after school program. The program offers care for students between 2:30 - 6:00 PM, including snack, homework help, outdoor play, and various activities in art, music, and STEM.
